I provide individual online counseling for adults who are physically located in Ohio at the time of their appointment.
Yes. Sessions are provided through secure telehealth, so you can attend from a private location with a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
My style is conversational, collaborative, and practical. We’ll work together to better understand what’s happening, identify what you’d like to feel or handle differently, and explore approaches that fit you and your life.
Appointments are available at a variety of times, including overnight hours. Current availability can be viewed when scheduling.

Yes. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) may be used when it appears to be a good fit for what you’re working on.
EMDR is most strongly supported for trauma-related concerns and can also be considered for other distressing experiences, emotional triggers, and negative beliefs when appropriate.
You can learn more on the EMDR page.
You can attend from any private, safe location as long as you are physically in Ohio during the session.
A private room at home is ideal, but other locations may work as long as you can speak freely and maintain privacy. A parked car can also be an option when needed. Sessions should not be attended while driving.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
You can review the full cancellation policy before scheduling.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If something in your life has been bothering you, feels harder than you want it to, or simply seems worth paying attention to, that can be enough to start a conversation.
